30-Day Return Policy

At Go Padel Store , we want you to love what you ordered. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all padel tennis, pickleball, and beach tennis products.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us at support@padelprostore.com

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions

  3. U.S. territory returns are eligible for free return shipping; returns from outside the U.S. must cover shipping costs

If the item is under warranty, we’ll assist in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Please provide the following for padel racket claims:

  • Order number or purchase date

  • Clear photos of the defect (front and back)

  • When the defect was first noticed

  • Detailed description of how it occurred

  • Any other information required by the manufacturer

Final decisions on defects are made by the manufacturer.


Changed Your Mind?

If you're returning due to buyer’s remorse:

  • Contact us to receive return approval

  • Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping

  • Returns without authorization will not be accepted or refunded


Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If they are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (no exceptions)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 30 business days, contact us at info@gopadelstore.com
